So let's say that your conversions are 20 percent on the back-end. That would be 1 sale at $500. Remember, you had 7 new customers and 1 purchased the up-sell. So why is the back-end conversion higher than the front-end? It's pretty simple really. The 7 people who purchased your initial product already trust you. They're not "cold" traffic anymore. They are your customers!
