An initial amount of $35 is required for you to register with the company. Once registered with Xango you now have access to a number of tools like sponsorship programs, general meetings for training and a distributer's kit which contains all the materials you need for you to succeed in the business.

As shown on their website, they are apparently 4 ways that employees can earn with the company. The first way is Retail Sales. In this way, Distributers are guaranteed a 50% commission off of whatever you sell. PowerStart is the second way in which to earn where weekly bonuses are offered depending on the number of sales made in the first 30 days of registration. The third way is UniLevel. This way offers a monthly bonus of 47% through 9 levels on all sales and a 3% to the Global bonus pool that depend on each distributer qualifications. The forth way is Bonus Pools. A quarterly bonus offers those who quality and partake in the Global Bonus pool.
